Innovaro Announces Successful Sale of the Waycool Portfolio of Patents by CUI Global, Inc.

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innovaro, Inc (NYSE Amex: INV), a leading IP licensing and innovation services company, is pleased to announce that its client CUI Global, Inc. (formerly Waytronx) has completed the sale of selected patents and patent applications related to CUI Global’s Waycool technology. The agreement was facilitated by Innovaro’s Global Technology Licensing division.
