Volt Information Sciences’ Pat Damrow, Vice President of Quality Management, and Brad Zylstra, Vice President of Strategic Business Services, will co-present “Six Sigma Extreme Makeover: Corporate Edition” to members and stakeholders of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Damrow and Zylstra’s session will provide attendees with practical methods and tools to help 1) assess gaps in existing Six Sigma programs, 2) identify and assemble teams of quality representative who can guide the makeover, 3) develop an enterprise-wide project governance framework for carrying out the improvement process, and 4) make Six Sigma tools more accessible to rank-and-file employees.
