B/E Aerospace Announces Pricing of $500 Million of 5.25% Senior Notes

WELLINGTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--B/E Aerospace (Nasdaq: BEAV) (the “Company”), announced today the pricing of a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% senior notes due 2022. The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced $375 million to $500 million. The offering is being made under the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and is expected to close on March 13, 2012.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds (before expenses) from the offering of approximately $491.3 million for general corporate purposes, which may include the funding of future acquisitions and the repayment of indebtedness, including indebtedness under the Company’s existing revolving credit facility.
