BE Aerospace Announces Senior Notes Offering
WELLINGTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--B/E Aerospace (Nasdaq: BEAV) (the “Company”), announced today it has commenced an underwritten public offering of an aggregate principal amount of $375 million of its senior notes due 2022.
The senior notes are being offered pursuant to a prospectus supplement and an accompanying prospectus filed by the Company as part of a shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the funding of future acquisitions and the repayment of indebtedness, including indebtedness under the Company’s existing revolving credit facility.

Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering and Jefferies & Company, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co.
