BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DCR Workforce is an industry leader offering Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) Solutions to serve contingent workforce and services procurement needs of Fortune 1000 companies. It was announced today that Chris Mortonson has joined them as Executive Vice President, Global Sales.

As a senior executive, he will be expanding current and future client programs, while leveraging twenty (20+) plus years’ of experience ranging from staffing/recruiting outsourced programs to enterprise software development. Mr. Mortonson has extensive expertise in VMS/MSP Software Programs across all categories of Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions. His proficiency in deploying both global and domestic workforce solutions will positively impact current clients, and late stage prospects who will become DCR customers. In addition, DCR’s responsibility for outsourced solutions will provide value added benefits to all clients. These benefits include cost and process savings, increased productivity and improved business analytics.
