Ideaca Delivers Performance Management Solution for WestJet’s Sales Super Centre
CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ideaca (www.ideaca.com), a Canadian based consulting firm that helps customers through a portfolio of management consulting, advisory, implementation and support services, announced today that WestJet, Canada's favourite airline has gone live with a performance management solution for their Sales Super Centre.
“WestJet is Canada’s leading airline and we are delighted to have them as a long-term partner”
Ideaca worked with WestJet on "Project Runway", which centered on creating a performance management solution for their Sales Super Centre based on the SAP BusinessObjects platform. The project involved building a multi-tiered system to provide insight into Sales Super Centre performance from the individual agent level up to the Director level. At each level of the organization, a tailored dashboard provides metrics that allow:
- Individual agents to see how well they are meeting targets and how well their team is meeting its shared goals
- Team leads to assess their team as a whole or drill down into individual members
- Managers to see the aggregated performance of their teams over time with the freedom to drill into finer detail down to the agent level
"Ideaca has helped us for many years to build business solutions that enable us to operate more efficiently and to better serve our customers," said Torry Fischer, Manager, Data Warehouse, WestJet. "This solution for our Sales Super Centre will help us increase sales and eliminate budget overruns."
"WestJet is Canada’s leading airline and we are delighted to have them as a long-term partner," said Mike Alkier, Managing Partner, Ideaca. "This solution speaks to both our technical skills with SAP Business Analytics solutions as well as our benefits-based delivery approach. The implementation of this solution provides visibility into true performance and is projected to increase WestJet sales revenue."
