New KeyCreator Analysis finally brings simplified, accurate and fast CAD Simulation software to the masses and true multiphysics simulation to expert Analysts.
MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kubotek USA, pioneers of direct modeling, announces its new multiphysics simulation product: KeyCreator Analysis. KeyCreator Analysis is powered by Sefea, a new technology with unique algorithms that makes analysis easier to prepare and generates results faster while achieving very high levels of accuracy. KeyCreator Analysis is combined with Kubotek KeyCreator direct modeling software enabling ease of model preparation and editing.
“Nearly two years ago, Kubotek began a joint development project with AMPS Technology to make KeyCreator Analysis a reality”
Sefea Technology allows a much simpler mesh for faster results.
There has been a great push to drive simulation into the design phase of new product design. Most designers only have a basic background in FEA, causing simulations to be of dubious worth. Other competing FEA solutions require too much FEA knowledge for the designer. That’s where KeyCreator Analysis has taken one giant step toward solving these contradictions by using technology to determine the optimum mesh size and density of a simulation calculation. This auto-meshing works great in solving the majority of simulations that a designer would typically calculate in order to optimize their initial design.
Sefea technology speeds analysis time due to several reasons, including internal processing of analysis equations and the use of a less-dense mesh and lower memory requirements. This smart FEA technology combined with simple tree-driven menus embedded into KeyCreator now makes it possible for designers with basic knowledge of FEA to get complete and accurate results. The coupling of Sefea within KeyCreator Analysis means engineers can truly use a tool designed to allow multiple design iterations and receive simulation results in minutes—not hours or days.
Combining world-class analysis power with direct modeling gives users an easy way to prepare models for simulation and then edit them, if need be, following the results of the simulation. An average designer using KeyCreator Analysis will save time and money in optimizing their designs earlier in the design process. Yet, KeyCreator Analysis has the accuracy combined with the speed for an expert simulation analyst to use for full multiphysics simulation.
Kubotek’s Partnership with AMPS Technology
“Nearly two years ago, Kubotek began a joint development project with AMPS Technology to make KeyCreator Analysis a reality,” says John McCullough, Product Manager for Kubotek USA. He continues, “AMPS proposed a vision of next-generation FEA, with full associative CAD that stood out among the many other simulation companies that have presented proposals to us over the years. We’re excited about the Sefea technology and think KeyCreator Analysis will be a great asset to the engineering world. It’s easy to use, fast, accurate, and coupled with Direct Modeling means that users will get better designs earlier in the design process.”

Kubotek is planning to begin shipping KeyCreator Analysis in the early Spring.
