Trubiquity Receives IT Europa’s 2012 European Software Excellence Award for an Automotive Supplier Information Management Solution
TROY, Mich. & BERLIN, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the IT Europa ceremony on March 1, in Berlin, Germany, Trubiquity received the Independent Software Vendor 2012 European Software Excellence Award for its automotive supplier customer solution in the Information Management/Content Management category. This award category looks at software solutions that help businesses manage digital information through its lifecycle. Entries from Independent Software Vendors across Europe submitted “real world” customer solutions which were judged on dedication to the customer, an understanding of the customer’s specific issues and industry, solution implementation, customer service and most important how well the solution met the customer’s needs and impacted their business. A total of 36 companies from 14 European countries were finalists in the competition.
Trubiquity’s entry featured use of the TRUfusion Enterprise solution for Automotive Lighting, a global leader in exterior automotive lighting. The solution improved efficiency and reduced costs in the secure exchange of large, complex CAD files and other electronic data among Automotive Lighting’s global facilities and partners in Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
