NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UNITE HERE union members are proud to be recognized for outstanding service by Airport Revenue News in its annual awards banquet. Airport concessions union members are working at airports that were selected in all award categories. UNITE HERE union members serve travellers in seven out of the nine airport category winners, including San Francisco, Miami, Dallas, Nashville, Sacramento, Las Vegas and Indianapolis. In addition, union represented concessionaires including HMSHost, SSP America, Hudson Group and The Paradies Shops were selected for numerous awards:

The ARN awards are given out every year to the airports and concessions companies selected by their peers for outstanding performance. Large, medium and small airports received awards for program design, program management and best customer service.
UNITE HERE represents 29,000 airport food and retail workers providing “best in class” customer service at 68 airports. Year after year UNITE HERE members are among the top performing airports in all categories.
