Advanced Circuits Receives MIL-PRF-31032 Certification
AURORA, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advanced Circuits, Inc. is proud to announce that they have received qualification to military specification MIL-PRF-31032 which is the U. S. Government’s technology-specific standard for high-reliability printed circuit board manufacturing. With this certification, Advanced Circuits has U.S. Dept. of Defense (DOD) authorization to build qualified product for the defense industry’s highest level designs with assurance that they are built to a demonstrated technology level.
The MIL-PRF-31032 certification provides the customer with assurance that their design parameters can be met with demonstrated capability and reliability by the board manufacturer. A major part of the 31032 certification process is to build boards with advanced features and characteristics that are submitted to the Defense Department’s designated testing lab, and with successful acceptance their critical characteristics will become listed capability criteria on the DOD’s QML (Qualified Manufacturers List). A prospective customer may review a given PCB fabricator’s listed capabilities on the DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) website and be assured that their boards will be built by a qualified manufacturer for every aspect of their design.
