ROCHESTER, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Albany International Corp. (NYSE:AIN) will release 2012 first-quarter financial results after the close of the market on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. The Company will host a webcast to discuss earnings at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 3.
