CACI Recognized as Top Recruiter by World’s Largest Online Recruiting Community
ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has received one of the most prestigious awards in the recruiting industry – the ERE Recruiting Excellence Award for “Recruiting Department/Function of the Year” – for the second year in a row. The Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE) is the world’s largest online community and forum for recruiting professionals. Larry Clifton, CACI’s Senior Vice President of Recruiting, Workforce Planning, and Development, accepted the award on March 29 at the ERE Expo in San Diego. This is the first time in ERE’s history that there has been a back-to-back winner for this top award.
CACI’s recruiting initiatives include its specialized Employee Referral and Alumni programs, as well as the strategic use of technology and marketing analysis to identify top talent. The company is a prime recruiter of military veterans with initiatives such as its Deploying Talent – Creating Careers program, which provides meaningful careers for veterans with disabilities. In addition, once they join CACI, veterans are able to advance their careers with the guidance of dedicated workforce specialists and veteran-related career development mentoring.
Dan Allen, CACI President of U.S. Operations, said, “We are very pleased that the recruiting industry has once again recognized CACI’s top-notch hiring and retention efforts. Our Recruiting, Workforce Planning, and Development team has worked hard to make CACI the employer of choice for outstanding professionals, and our innovative recruiting methods continue to be a key component in the momentum of our business.”
According to CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Cofoni, “Since our founding 50 years ago, CACI’s philosophy of employee retention and advancement has rested on a cultural foundation of providing unlimited equal opportunity for growth, recognition, and rewards. This prestigious award from the ERE validates these efforts and demonstrates our commitment to attracting and retaining the best employees in our industry.”
