SAVANNAH, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ISR Group today announced that Alvin B. Jackson Jr., has been named as company president. Mr. Jackson previously served as Executive Vice President of ISR Group, Inc., which specializes in the aftermarket support of unmanned systems for military and commercial aviation applications. “Al brings a career of experience opening federal markets in the unmanned systems industry, including establishing official programs of record within the Department of Defense,” said Alfred Lumpkin, outgoing CEO. “We look to his leadership and experience to take ISR Group to the next level within this growing industry.”
Jackson said his three priorities for ISR Group and its future include:

“ISR Group will continue to deliver blue chip UAS services, including training, engineering services, field staffing and maintenance,” said Jackson. “Now, however, is the optimum moment to focus on new markets and expansion of cost-effective UAS services as the defense, law enforcement and border security needs continue to increase while government budgets tighten.
