PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq: ONNN), a premier supplier of high performance silicon solutions for energy efficient electronics, plans to announce its financial results for the first quarter ending March 30, 2012, after the market closes on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.
