CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., the nation’s largest provider of traffic safety products and services, today announced the appointment of David L. Myers as Executive Chairman.
“RoadSafe has established itself as a leader in the traffic safety industry”
Myers will oversee RoadSafe’s continued strategic growth and performance, and will also serve on the company’s Board of Directors. He has more than 35 years of experience as a senior executive, CEO and chairman in the engineering, construction and logistics industries.
Eric Rogoff, a Partner at Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC – an affiliate of which is the majority owner of RoadSafe – and chairman of the RoadSafe Board of Directors, said, "We are very fortunate to have Dave Myers join our firm and to assume the leadership of RoadSafe."
“I am very excited about the future of RoadSafe,” said Myers. “Our expanded capabilities, new technologies and highly motivated team members position us well for continued growth and success as the largest provider of traffic safety products and services.”
RoadSafe is a privately owned, full-service provider of temporary traffic control and protection and pavement marking services nationwide. The company bids on government work in the heavy highway industry as well as the private sector. “RoadSafe has established itself as a leader in the traffic safety industry,” said Kyun Park, a member of RoadSafe’s Board of Directors and managing director of Aperion Management, LLC, an investor in RoadSafe. “Under Dave’s direction, RoadSafe will continue its strategic expansion and build momentum within the industry.”
