Sparton Corporation To Host Conference Call To Discuss Fiscal 2012 Third Quarter Financial Results

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sparton Corporation (NYSE: SPA) announced it will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 10:00a.m. CT / 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss its fiscal 2012 third quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.

The Company's results for the quarter ending March 31, 2012 will be filed with the SEC no later than May 8, 2012.
