ATSG to Host First Quarter 2012 Conference Call

WILMINGTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG) today announced that it will host an investor conference call to review its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, on Monday, May 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern daylight savings time.

The Company will release its first quarter 2012 financial results and file its Form 10-Q report with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, May 10, 2012 after the stock market closes.

Air Transport Services Group’s annual meeting of stockholders will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 11, 2012, in the Heiland Theatre at the Boyd Cultural Arts Center, on the campus of Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio.
