NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WTS) today declared a quarterly dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share on the Company’s Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock payable on June 1, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 21, 2012.
