Frontier Airlines today announced that the membership of the Frontier Airline Pilots Association (FAPA) overwhelmingly ratified an agreement approving their participation in the restructuring of Frontier Airlines. With 89% of the pilots participating, the vote was 498 to 58, or 89.6% in favor and 10.4% opposed. Frontier is a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. .

International Lease Finance Corporation (“ILFC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”), announced today the completion of its previously announced tender offers to purchase certain of its notes (the “Notes”). ILFC accepted for purchase $1,672,299,000 aggregate principal amount of Notes for total cash consideration, including accrued and unpaid interest, of approximately $1.75 billion.
