Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AA/F1+' to the Reset Option Certificates Trust II-R (ROCs), series 11815, and a rating of 'AA' to the Reset Option Longs (ROLs), series 11815. The long-term 'AA' rating is based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, airport system revenue bonds, series 2005A, deposited into the trust. The short-term 'F1+' rating is based on the shortfall liquidity agreement provided by Citibank, N.A. The short-term rating will expire on Sept. 15, 2010, the expiration date of the shortfall liquidity agreement, unless such date is extended or earlier terminated.
