L-3 Communications announced today the promotion of David M. Reilly to the position of vice president and deputy general counsel. He currently practices in the areas of corporate acquisitions and divestitures, complex commercial transactions, litigation management and general corporate matters. In his new position, Mr. Reilly will continue those functions and will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate administrative legal staff and the company’s environmental, health and safety group. He will report to Steven M. Post, L-3’s senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
