Astronics Announces Webcast of the 2009 Annual Shareholder Meeting Management Presentation

EAST AURORA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), a leader in advanced, high performance lighting, electronics and electrical power systems for the global aerospace and defense industry, announced today that it will webcast the management presentation portion of its 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET.

The webcast will begin immediately following the business segment of the shareholders’ meeting. During the management presentation, Peter J. Gundermann, President and Chief Executive Officer, and David C. Burney, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss Astronics’ financial and business performance and strategy.

The webcast will be accessible on Astronics’ website at www.astronics.com. Participants should go to the website 10 – 15 minutes prior to the scheduled webcast in order to register and download any necessary software.
