Priceline.com’s Airfare Index for the Week of April 13, 2009, Tracking Weekly Changes in Domestic Airfares

--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quick Analysis: Another great week to fly to Florida, with airfares from several northern cities to Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando and Miami down 15% to 22% compared to last week. Flights from the New York area (Newark) to Florida are particularly cheap. On the flip side, fares to the Washington, DC/Baltimore area seem to have increased the most, up 13% to 20% compared to last week.
