Sun Country Celebrates Spring with Fare Sale
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sun Country Airlines announced today a fare sale for inbound flights to Minneapolis/St. Paul. Fares start at $59 one way for markets such Boston, New York (JFK) and Los Angeles. Sun Country will offer it’s every day low fares on outbound flights from the Twin Cities, allowing passengers to purchase a round trip ticket at a greatly reduced price.
These fares are available immediately either online at suncountry.com or through reservations at 1800-359-6786. Tickets must be purchased by May 7th and will be good for travel from today, April 23, and expiring on June 6. Sales Fares and Markets below:

*Stated fares to Minneapolis/St. Paul are one-way and good for travel now through June 6, 2009 except Boston which begins May 1, 2009, Branson which begins May 11, 2009, and Anchorage which begins May 22, 2009. Stated fares require a 7-day advance purchase and must be purchased by 11:59pm CT on May 7, 2009. Introductory Branson fares are good for travel May 11, 2009 through June 17, 2009, require a 14 day advance purchase and must be purchased by 11:59pm CT on April 25, 2009. Stated fares are for base ticket price only; taxes and fees, including the Federal segment tax of $3.60 per U.S. domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing; up to $18 per roundtrip in local airport Passenger Facility Charges; and the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per U.S. enplanement, up to $5 per one way or $10 per roundtrip, are extra. Stated fares are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. Seats are limited; space may not be available on all flights. Schedules are subject to change. Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be changed for a $75 change fee plus the difference to the new fare. Names can be changed for a $75 per ticket fee. Passengers may check their first bag for $15 each way and check a second bag for $25 each way; each bag is not to exceed 62 linear inches (length plus width plus height) and 50 pounds. Additional bags, as well as bags over 62 linear inches and 50 pounds, are subject to excess baggage fees of $75 each additional piece of excess baggage.
