ATSG to Host First Quarter 2009 Conference Call

WILMINGTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG) today announced that it will host an investor conference call on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern daylight time, to review its financial results for the first quarter 2009 ended March 31, 2009.
The Company will release its first quarter 2009 financial results and file its Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the close of the market on Monday, May 11, 2009.
The Company’s annual shareholders meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at the Boyd Cultural Arts Center, Heiland Theater, on the campus of Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio. The meeting will include a management presentation of the year-end and first quarter results, as well as other company matters.
On the day of the conference call, participants should dial 888-713-4217 and international participants should dial 617-213-4869 ten minutes before the scheduled start of the call and ask for conference pass code 97675999.
