EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced that its President & CEO, Edward Fred, will be addressing institutional investors at the following investment conferences:

• Stephens, Inc. Spring Investment Conference: CPI Aero’s presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 11:00 am ET at the New York Palace Hotel in NYC.
• Noble Financial Capital Markets Fifth Annual Equity Conference: CPI Aero’s presentation is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2009 at 8:40 am ET at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, FL.
