CONCORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pacer International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PACR), a leading North American freight transportation and logistics provider, will hold a live conference call and audio-only Webcast for investors, analysts, media and other interested parties at 8:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 7, 2009.

Chairman and CEO, Michael E. Uremovich and Brian C. Kane, Chief Financial Officer will discuss the company's first quarter results and current prospects. The actual financial results will be released via Business Wire prior to the call on Wednesday, May 6, just after the market closes.
