Sun Country California Sale Fares from $89 One-Way*
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sun Country Airlines announced today a California fare sale with $89 one-way* fares to Los Angeles and San Francisco. The airline also extended sale fares to its newest destination, Branson, from $29 one-way.*
Los Angeles and San Francisco are two of Sun Country’s most popular summer destinations and feature daily flights throughout the summer. Travelers can beat the crowds by traveling in May and June on Sun Country.

To celebrate the grand opening of the brand-new Branson airport, Sun Country is extending it’s Branson fare sale. Featuring a $29 one-way* fare from Dallas/Ft. Worth and an $89 one-way* fare from Minneapolis/St. Paul, this sale has made travel to this to Branson easier, less expensive, and quicker when compared to the Springfield airport or motor-coach tours.

The California sale fares are good for travel through September with the most availability in May and June, and Branson sale fares are good for travel through June. These fares are available immediately either online at suncountry.com or through reservations at 1-800-359-6786. Travelers are encouraged to book today for the best availability. *Stated Los Angeles and San Francisco fares are for red-eye flights are good for travel from May 15, 2009 through September 30, 2009, require a 3 day advance purchase and must be purchased by 11:59PM CT on May 28, 2009. Stated $29 one-way Branson fare is good for travel to Branson from Dallas/Ft. Worth from May 15, 2009 through June 30, 2009, requires a 3 day advance purchase and must be purchased by 11:59PM CT on May 28, 2009. An $89 one-way Branson fare is also available from Minneapolis/St. Paul and is good for travel May 15, 2009 through June 30, 2009, requires a 14 day advance purchase and must be purchased by 11:59PM CT on May 22, 2009. Stated fares are for base ticket price only; taxes and fees, including the Federal segment tax of $3.60 per U.S. domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing; up to $18 per roundtrip in local airport Passenger Facility Charges; and the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per U.S. enplanement, up to $5 per one way or $10 per roundtrip, are extra. Stated fares are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. Seats are limited; space may not be available on all flights. Schedules are subject to change. Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be changed for a $75 change fee plus the difference to the new fare. Names can be changed for a $75 per ticket fee. Passengers may check their first bag for $15 each way and check a second bag for $25 each way; each bag is not to exceed 62 linear inches (length plus width plus height) and 50 pounds. Additional bags, as well as bags over 62 linear inches and 50 pounds, are subject to excess baggage fees of $75 each additional piece of excess baggage.
