FREEPORT, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Indy Racing League, the sanctioning body for the IndyCar Series and Firestone Indy Lights, today announced a partnership with DB Schenker, the worldwide logistics company with operations in approximately 2,000 locations and 130 countries, naming one of the world’s leading logistics companies the “Official Freight Logistics Sponsor” of the IndyCar Series.
The IndyCar Series will coordinate logistics via DB Schenker’s American operation based in Freeport, NY and the company’s Sports Event Group.
