ICP Solar to Host First Quarter Conference Call on June 15, 2009

(OTCBB: ICPR.OB, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary solar panels and products, today announced that it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern on June 15, 2009 for the fiscal first quarter ended April 30, 2009. Earnings will be issued before the market opens that day, and the filing of the company’s results with the SEC on Form 10-Q will follow.
