Republic Airways Names Joe Allman Vice President and Controller

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET) today announced the appointment of Joe Allman to the position of Vice President and Controller. He will continue to report to Hal Cooper, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Allman joined the Company in 2007 as Director of Finance. Prior to joining Republic, he held managing positions at London Witte Group LLC and Deloitte and Touche LLP, where he specialized in finance, accounting and audit work with airlines and utilities. Mr. Allman is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, where he earned a B.S. in Management and subsequently achieved the rank of Lieutenant.
