American Science and Engineering, Inc. Announces Notice of First Quarter Fiscal 2010 Results

BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Science and Engineering, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASEI) (AS&E^®) will announce its first quarter (endedJune 30, 2009) fiscal year 2010 results on Thursday, August 6, 2009 after the market closes.
