L-3 Declares Quarterly Dividend
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share, payable on September 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2009.
