(Nasdaq: PACR), a leading North American freight transportation and logistics services provider, will hold a live conference call and audio-only Webcast for investors, analysts, media and other interested parties at 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 5, 2009.

Chairman and CEO, Michael E. Uremovich; Brian C. Kane, Chief Financial Officer; and Dan W. Avramovich, Chief Operating Officer will discuss the company's second quarter results and current prospects.
