Cathay Pacific Airways to Continue Offering Passengers In-flight Amenity Kits by Murad
Dépèche transmise le 20 août 2009 par Business Wire
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the third consecutive year, Cathay Pacific Airways has named Murad, Inc. as the exclusive provider of “his and hers” in-flight amenity kits designed to revitalize skin. The latest kits will be onboard beginning April 2010. The new kits, containing all Murad skincare products based on medical science, will be provided to all business class passengers flying on outbound Hong Kong flights.
“We are honored to be awarded the Cathay business again and are excited to continue partnering with such a prestigious airline,” said Richard Murad, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Murad. “Cathay offers a global reputation for award-winning service – and on a personal note, is my airline of preference. Speaking from firsthand experience, Cathay presents the perfect opportunity to share Murad’s skin care philosophy with millions of travelers expecting high-quality in-flight experience. Because of dry cabin air, flying across the world leaves skin dehydrated and looking aged and dull. We at Murad have carefully selected products to maximize benefits for travelers, so they can experience a refreshed, glowing complexion regardless of their length of travel.”
The Women’s Kit includes Murad’s Energizing Pomegranate Lip Protector SPF 15, which improves texture, restores suppleness, and infuses lips with moisture; a Murad Pomegranate Hand and Body Lotion, a lightweight moisturizer combined with Pomegranate Extract that leaves skin soft and hydrated; and an Essential-C Day Moisture SPF 30, which preserves skin hydration to optimize appearance and barrier function by reducing water loss.
Each Men’s Kit features Murad’s Skin Perfecting Lotion, which hydrates without leaving skin feeling heavy or oily; a Murad Man Cleansing Shave, which infuses skin with moisture-rich antioxidant protection while soothing to help prevent nicks and cuts; and a Murad Green Tea Lip Protector SPF 15, exclusive to Cathay Pacific Airlines.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific Airways was named "Airline of the Year 2009" by the Skytrax World Airline Awards. From North America, Cathay Pacific offers daily nonstop service to Hong Kong from Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver. The airline is a member of the oneworld® alliance and a partner in Asia Miles, a leading Travel Reward program.
