Solairus Aviation Continues Growth Nationwide
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Solairus Aviation (www.solairusaviation.com) has announced that it is solidifying its national presence with the establishment of an east coast office and the hiring of industry veteran Gil Wolin to manage the aviation firm’s business development efforts in the region.
“We are committed to expanding our service base to provide a better experience for our clients. Having a solid geographic presence in the east will result in enhanced client access to our programs,” said Solairus CEO Dan Drohan. “Gil is representative of the high caliber aviation executive found in Solairus’ senior management. His addition to our team strongly enhances our national presence and provides the first step toward further east coast expansion.”
It has been a year of achievements and growth for Solairus. Solairus quickly established itself as the leader in the next generation of private aircraft charter services when it received the rare and coveted Platinum rating from the Aviation Research Group/US in August. Today Solairus manages one of the nation’s largest fleets of late-model business jet and turboprop aircraft, serving clients throughout the United States and worldwide.
“Aircraft management is a ‘high touch’ service, and requires that we provide individually-tailored services to each client,” stated Jake Cartwright, Solairus Vice Chairman. “With Gil heading up our East Coast office, Solairus is better positioned to provide that kind of customized approach to clients from coast to coast.”
Wolin brings more than 35 years of corporate aviation marketing and management experience to Solairus’ senior management team.
Wolin has spent three decades as a senior level executive and consultant to several well known corporate aviation companies, and is today a sought-after expert in the aviation industry.
