Pro Star Aviation Honored as EMS SATCOM’s First Dealer of the Year
ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EMS SATCOM, a division of EMS Technologies, Inc., announced today at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Conference that it is honoring Pro Star Aviation LLC with the company’s first Dealer of the Year award. This is a new award, to be presented annually, that will recognize excellence in customer service commitment, technical expertise and demonstrated sales performance over the course of the year. A plaque will be presented to Pro Star Aviation at the EMS Technologies booth #4489 on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 4:15 p.m. EST.
“Pro Star Aviation is pleased to accept the Dealer of the Year Award,” said General Manager Kevin Harriman “We look forward to continuing to work closely with EMS SATCOM in the years to come. Our customers have come to rely on EMS’s solutions to provide a superior in-flight office experience.”
New Hampshire-based Pro Star Aviation provides on-site avionics service throughout Central and Southern New England, and installations throughout the U.S. Pro Star has one of the country’s premier corporate aircraft avionics and maintenance facilities at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. They also offer unique solutions for military and government organizations, and have been an EMS SATCOM dealer since 1999.
“We are extremely proud to have such a strong network of dealers and operators, which made the selection process difficult,” said Joanne Walker, EMS SATCOM’s general manager. “Our dealers play a prominent role in our go-to-market strategy, and we wanted to ensure that the award recipient would be well-recognized. This naturally led us to choose NBAA, the largest gathering of customers and dealers, as the event to start this important recognition program. Pro Star has been a strong proponent of EMS products, with a solid understanding of customer needs. They work with customers and EMS to ensure issues that might arise after delivery are quickly resolved, and they have the experience, training and ability to tackle any project.”
