TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--US Airways (NYSE: LCC) customers can soon purchase a single US Airways Club membership which features access to Continental Airlines, United Airlines and other Star Alliance carrier lounges. Beginning Oct. 30, US Airways travelers will have access to more than 250 airport clubs worldwide, including all US Airways Clubs, Continental’s Presidents Clubs, United’s Red Carpet Clubs and Star Alliance lounges with a single, standard membership – eliminating the need to purchase multiple memberships to access all the clubs. Additionally, beginning on Oct. 30, members will be able to enjoy complimentary house selections of beer and wine in all US Airways Clubs.
US Airways currently offers 17 Clubs located in 13 cities across the United States, and one Envoy Lounge in Philadelphia. The US Airways Club is a quiet, comfortable place where customers can work or relax while traveling. Whether traveling on business or for pleasure, US Airways Club members can enjoy complimentary wireless internet access powered by T-Mobile™ HotSpot™, personal reservation assistance, flight changes and upgrades, complimentary beverages and snacks, cable TV, newspapers and periodicals, business workstations with data ports, fax machines, copiers and shredders, and more.
Customers can begin purchasing the new memberships on Oct 30. All existing customers holding annual memberships will be converted to the new membership plan and will receive new credentials by year’s end. US Airways offers three membership options to join the Club: annual memberships, 90-day memberships and day passes. Annual Club memberships range from $325 to $450 depending on Dividend Miles status. Day passes are available for $40 and 90-day memberships can be purchased for $120. Customers can sign up online at www.usairways.com/club, by calling 800-828-8522 or at any US Airways Club location.
