CPI Aerostructures to Report 2009 Third Quarter Financial Results and Conduct Conference Call on Tuesday, November 10th

EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009 on Tuesday, November 10^th prior to the opening of the stock market. CPI Aero’s President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing 706-679-3079.
