Horizon Air Plane in Boise State University Livery Unveiling at Boise Airport
--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Horizon Air:
WHEN: Monday, Nov. 9, at 1:30 p.m. Mountain time
WHAT: Horizon Air will officially unveil its Bombardier Q400 with Boise State University livery, the fifth and latest Horizon’s aircraft sporting Northwest public university colors and logos of Pac-10 schools. The other schools are Oregon State University, Washington State University, the University of Oregon and the University of Washington.
WHERE: Boise Airport, C Gates (C5)
PHOTO/INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES: Media will be escorted onto the ramp to photograph the aircraft. Additionally, accommodations can be made to assist the media with filming the aircraft arriving and departing from the gate. Due to TSA regulations, the boarding and ramp areas will be available only to escorted media and guests participating in the ceremonies and ticketed passengers traveling that day.
- 1:00 p.m. – Cut off time for media to gather at the medallion at the base of the escalator to be escorted through security for the event.
- 1:20 p.m. – Media, customers and employees gather at gate C5, decorated for the occasion. The Bronco mascot will be present and refreshments served.
- 1:30 p.m. – The BSU aircraft arrives at the gate. BSU cheerleaders and mascot will greet the plane and deplaning passengers on the ramp.
- 1:45 p.m. Horizon and BSU representatives will say a few words about the aircraft. The media will then be escorted to the aircraft, along with the Bronco mascot, cheerleaders, Horizon officials and BSU officials for photos and interviews near the plane.
DVD: Horizon will have a limited number of high-resolution DVDs available for the press at the event with a time-lapse video of the aircraft being painted. The video plays to the Boise State University fight song.

SECURITY: Please allow enough time to proceed through the security checkpoint with your gate pass and make your way to gate C5 in time for the start of the event at 1:30 p.m. Media are to gather on the medallion at the base of the escalator and will be escorted through security by airport personnel.
