Fraport Annual General Meeting on June 2 in Frankfurt-Höchst

FRANKFURT, May 26, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to the company's ninth regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 2, at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst. The AGM begins at 10:00 in the morning, with admission starting at 09:00.

Dr. Stefan Schulte, Fraport's executive board chairman, will present the company's fiscal 2009 results and talk about 2010 developments to date. This will be followed by a general discussion. The AGM will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, finance minister of the German federal state of Hesse and Fraport AG's supervisory board chairman.

A special shuttle bus service (free of charge) will operate on June 2 between the Jahrhunderthalle and Höchst train station. The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket for using the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority ().
