MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE:PKE) said today that it has learned that the earnings news release recently mailed by its transfer agent to its registered stockholders inadvertently was the third quarter earnings news release from the Company’s previous fiscal year rather than the earnings news release for its 2011 fiscal year third quarter ended November 28, 2010. The Company’s third quarter earnings news release for the current fiscal year was correct when issued on December 22, 2010 and disseminated by the media, and there are no revisions to that release.

The current third quarter earnings news release will be mailed to registered stockholders as soon as possible.
