CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A comprehensive program of workshops at the Cambridge, MA-based Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) will show executives and managers how to implement and sustain lean management systems, behaviors, and company cultures.
The program includes two new workshops by Michael Ballé, a two-time Shingo Research Award winner as co-author of the business novels The Gold Mine and The Lean Manager.
