LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Heathrow Express, the fastest way to travel between central London and Heathrow Airport, has launched an iPhone app which is the first UK iPhone app to allow passengers to purchase and receive tickets direct to their phone.
Richard Robinson, Heathrow Express managing director stated: “Developing an app which allows iPhone users to book and receive Heathrow Express tickets directly continues our strategic approach to offer fully functional mobile ticketing. We have used the smooth interface and exceptional visual quality of the iPhone to create an easy to use app which is as seamless as our service.”
The free app features live service updates as well as the facility to purchase tickets. This secure app has been accredited by Barclays and is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) – the international standard for data security.
