Dépèche transmise le 6 janvier 2011 par PRNewswire
KNUTSFORD, England, January 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading in-flight entertainment (IFE) provider, IFE Services, today announced that it will continue to supply Singapore Airlines with Japanese movies onboard their aircraft.
Under the terms of the new contract, which commences from January 2011, the entertainment content specialist will continue to provide three new and two classic Japanese movie titles on a monthly basis.
The movies will include a broad mix of popular genres such as drama, action and thriller. Running on the global carrier's award-winning audio and video on demand (AVOD) in-flight entertainment system, the films will be available to passengers on flights across the airline's fleet in first, business and economy classes.
IFE Services has a long-standing relationship with Singapore Airlines being the airline's incumbent supplier of AVOD technical management services across the fleet.
"We look forward to providing top-class Japanese movies for passengers' enjoyment well into the future and also supporting Singapore Airlines with other key services such as AVOD management and technical support," said Andy McEwan, Managing Director of IFE Services.

Today, Singapore Airlines is internationally recognised as the world's leading airline and operates a modern passenger fleet of over 100 aircraft. Its network, including Singapore Airlines Cargo and SilkAir destinations, covers 99 destinations in 39 countries.
