AeroMechanical Services Retains Strategic Investor Relations Consulting and Investor Contact Service Providers
CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AeroMechanical Services Limited (TSX VENTURE: AMA) (the "Company” or "AMA") today announced the engagement of Barnes McInerney Inc. as strategic investor relations consultants and the continued engagement of The Howard Group for investor contact services.

Barnes McInerney will focus on developing and expanding the Company’s communications with the investment community through a comprehensive investor relations program. The Howard Group will continue to support the investor relationships that AMA has forged over the past several years.

Barnes McInerney has been engaged by AMA, effective February 1, 2011, for a monthly fee of $5,500 for a period of 12 months. AMA may terminate this agreement at any time subject to the payment of cancellation fees equal to $11,000 (two months). Neither Barnes McInerney nor any of its directors, officers or employees holds any interest, directly or indirectly, in AMA, or any right to acquire such an interest.
The Howard Group’s continued engagement with AMA is effective February 1, 2011 for a retainer of $6,000 per year. AMA may terminate this agreement at any time subject to the payment of cancellation fees equal to $1,500 (three months), in addition to contract fees for specific projects they are engaged in by AMA. The Howard Group, its directors, officers or employees hold 2,130,000 shares directly or indirectly, in AMA.
These agreements are subject to regulatory and the TSX Venture Exchange approval.
