EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 prior to the opening of the stock market. CPI Aero’s President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 11:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 689-8337.
