GSI Technology Announces Military Temperature SRAM Catalog
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GSI Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIT) today announced the introduction of a broad family of military temperature range SRAM products for immediate customer evaluation.
“The fact that GSI has had a robust military temperature product offering for many years has been an open secret among leading military and aerospace manufacturers. But now the secret is out”
GSI’s “M” temperature range product catalog includes SyncBurst™, NBT™, SigmaQuad™ and SigmaDDR™ Double Data Rate Fast SRAMs with sizes from 9Mbit to 144Mbit. All GSI military temperature range products provide fully compliant IEEE 1149.1 JTAG for in-system debugging. In addition, several new GSI SRAMs offer on-chip error detection and correction (ECC) for applications requiring very high data integrity.
“The fact that GSI has had a robust military temperature product offering for many years has been an open secret among leading military and aerospace manufacturers. But now the secret is out,” said David Chapman, VP of Marketing and Applications Engineering at GSI Technology. “Today we are making a transition from offering products on request to actively offering a full-line catalog comprised of our fastest and most advanced products. GSI already has the broadest line of Fast SRAMs on the commercial market. Today GSI is staking out the same claim in the Military and Aerospace market with this announcement and with a feature presentation at CMSE in Los Angeles.” (http://www.cti-us.com/cmsemain.htm)
