COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”), formerly known as Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc., will host a teleconference to discuss Fourth Quarter and Year Ended 2010 results on February 25, 2011, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will issue a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 prior to the opening of the market on February 25, 2011.
