MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (NASDAQ:PNCL) will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss fourth quarter results on Thursday, February 17, at 2:00 PM Central. This call will be webcast and can be accessed at Pinnacle Airlines' Web site, http://www.pncl.com. It will be archived for 30 days.
